In August 2025, we styled two of three townhouses in preparation for their auction campaign.

Both styled properties were fully furnished to highlight their potential and help buyers envision living there, while the third townhouse remained empty.

The results spoke for themselves - both fully styled townhouses attracted strong buyer interest and sold at auction for over a million dollars, while the empty property struggled to generate the same level of engagement and ultimately did not sell at the auction.
